Juan Gonzalez was beyond helpful. He helped me by getting a Lyft while my car was being worked on. That really took a lot of stress off of me. My car was done a lot sooner than I thought. Now Im able to take my daughter to Disneyland for her 16th birthday as planned. Everything runs great! Thank you to the mechanics and to Juan. Such a nice guy! Great service! 100%

Gilbert was very professional and I appreciated the customer service.
I had an appointment for just an oil change and it was going to be an hour to two hour wait. This seems to be my common experience amd ot defeats the point of an appointment. Anthony was great though and had them get it done in an hour at least. If it wasn't for him I would stop having my vehicle serviced with you.

Lack of communication with your service department. A lot of misinformation as well. I was stressed not knowing what was going on with my Jeep I just purchased.
My jeep was miss diagnosed three months ago for a rear differential housing.
I had to wait for a part that never came because Jeep cancelled the order with very poor communication. I further do not believe that Jeep ever test drove or troubled shot my problem on August 3,2021! I feel the advisor was lazy and did not do his job. He sits in his little Conor and plays on his phone every time I approached him. When I call it goes to voice mail every time! Super poor communication!
I finally got fed up with Anthony and spoke to chuck Kempf who was helpful on email chain I have over the course of the Mis diagnosis
When I took my jeep in October 19th. Which was the day I was told by Chuck Kempf the rear differential housing would be there he said Jeep cancelled the part! Wow! I wait since August 3, 2021 and Jeep cancels the part to repair my Gladiator! Super poor poor poor Jeep logistics!
Finally Anthony says the Jeep is done on October 27th! So the Jeep was in the repair shop August 3- mis diagnosis by Anthony
Tells me I need a new rear differential and axle.
I take the Jeep home sit and wait till October 19 to take it in. Part cancelled by Jeep. Anthony calls and emails me October 27th saying my Jeep is done.
All for a shock and lift retighten!
3 months of run around all for something that could have been done if Anthony did his job in the first place! Instead of playing on his phone and wasting time.
I have other cars. BMW and I have never had this kind of experience with a service which is super simple and took about 1.5 hours if that to diagnose and about 30 to 45 min max to check and tighten bolts on the Jeep. I have lifted truck before and it is not rocket science
I hope this constructive feedback reaches someone. And the next time I go to Jeep if there is a next time. I don’t get another mis diagnosis be cause Anthony feels like plying on insta world and face crap all day instead of doing his job
