Laura was very attentive and considerate of my concerns while managing my service on Friday, Oct 1, 2021. Due to my situation of living far away from the service center, she was able to have the service done very quickly while I waited at the service center, so I did not need to return home and come back in between. I am very satisfied and will come back again for the next service.

I felt like once I asked to pay for parts we were treated poorly. You asked for $550 to fix my car for a part that cost $45 and took my brother-in-law 2 mins to install (literally he works for Ford down the street you should hire him!) Let’s just say I’ll be going somewhere else. Anthony wasn’t the problem. He was kinda a rude when I picked up my car but it’s not his fault you guys are robbing people. Car works great now. Not thanks to you????
