The customer service overall is so terrible. I don’t understand why I continue to come back. There is long wait periods without anyone helping, while everyone is running around. I feel ignored every time. Upon picking up my vehicle I waited for 15 minutes until someone told me the person who checked me in was not there. It’s unorganized and not clear where I go and who will help me. This for sure is my last time coming back

I was met by a mechanic (Andrew, I think) who helped me get a large item out of my car when I arrived. Then the service advisor (Anthony) took care of all of my requests and his follow up was timely.

I have had Gilbert a couple if times and he always helps me out. He listens to what you have to say and gives you the answers you are looking for.
Juan really went above and beyond for us. It was important for us to get our car fixed quickly in order to allow our daughter to take her drivers test in the car and get the check engine light turned off. Juan was able to get us in before our actual appointment date and get the car completely repaired in 24 hours. It was incredible

Dropped vehicle off for 830am oil change appt. I was told it would be ready in 2 and a half hours. I called over 10 times to check in on the vehicle and not once did the dealership or service provider Laura answer. I showed up at 130, to find my vehicle still up on the lift. Pickup for my 2 young kids is at 2pm. Completely inappropriate an oil change (with an appt) takes over 5 hours.
