Anthony Norton has always taken care of us. He takes the needed time to fully understand what the problem is with our car and gets it handled in a time efficient manner. He is pleasant to work with and professional as well.
As far as the technician/mechanics go, they also have done a superb job on our cars. Our cars come back not only repaired, but care is taken to be sure to keep our cars cleaned up after the needed repairs are completed.

$800 for a 2009 Dodge Caliber SXT alternator is too expensive…
$1200 for the alternator and install is also too expensive…

When I was in Santa Maria, a year ago..... I had been having troubles with my Fab...I took the truck to the dealership up there..... and to my surprise.... I was told
It would be $200 to replace ..... okay...... but then the service manager said “ let’s try and replace the batteries “ to my surprise it worked!!!! AND the dealership didn’t charge me for the batteries , I love ?? This Santa Maria Dealership!!!
Great customer service.... honesty...... professional service...... needless to say.... if I lived in Santa Maria I would differently recorded them........well........ now here is the Carlsbad Story......my husband took my Truck into the Carlsbad dealership
All I needed was to replace a loaded Fob ... he was told $320 for new one..... after he Negotiate the price to $ 200..... it was then going to cost another $85 dollars to sink the Fab to the Truck...... what the FiretrUCK!!!! He was not given a choice to do it himself. I’m flat out pissed!
Everything The Santa Maria dealership was...... Carlsbad was not!!!!
I love my Truck and I love Carlsbad..... but get it together......before I need to by my next Ram truck from a different dealership

Easy rescheduled maintenance. Thank you to Laura for her assistance and understanding.
I bought 4 new tires and had a check on the engine and brakes. My appt was at 9am. I drove out at 3:30pm. The tires sat there for two hours. I understand that service gets busy but was told it would be around two hours. The communication was horrible and when the car was done there was grease on all tires and they forgot the wiper blades three times. I wasted an entire day when I could have taken to a tire store. I will not be returning and will not purchase a car here. Feel free to call me as I will be leaving another review on google.
Anthony Noton and the tech, Erin (or maybe Eric) **** were great trouble shooting the sound I was hearing. It wasn’t easy and they persisted. I really appreciated that.
