Anthony was great and the workmanship of the person who did the service on the car did not reflect that of Anthony. Anthony was sincere and kind. It’s unfortunate that a due bill for my car was not properly and correctly done the first time. I purchased a car from Tavo, who was very polite and helpful. The due bill was for the hood of the car to be repainted. When I was called the first time to pick up the car it was clear, whom ever the service was sourced out to they Clearly did not take pride in their workmanship or even do the job that was given to them. I would hope this isn’t a reflection of any future service with the service department. It would have considerate to have been called by the top service manager to get an explanation of exactly what didn’t happen and get some sort of apology. My time is as valuable, as those that work for Bob baker Mazda Carlsbad. Now, when I came back the second time to pick up my car it was apparent the work had been completed. I’m thankful I was given a loaner during this time, given the fact I did just purchase the car with this due bill condition. There may be internal issues that need to be addressed at your establishment to not further inconvenience other clients in the future. I had a loaner car longer then seven days and was called by Floyd, the day after I went to pick up my car the first time to be told they needed the car back and it’s a new policy that they need to switch out the loaner car. Unfortunately that is an internal issue of a quote on quote new policy that staff weren’t aware of is not a new customers issue. That is A Bob baker Mazda issue. I absolutely did not appreciate that phone call the day after trying to pick up my car, in which the job was not performed to satisfactory. There is always room for improvement with any business and I would hope that these internal problems will be addressed. Anthony was apologetic and kind. Jenna was helpful when making the original appointment. The other two women in the office were also helpful. Sorry I can’t recall there names. Tavo was great In sales department. Brennan was also helpful when returning the loaner.
