The service took way too long for what I went there for. I waited over 3.5 hours and I was pretty much the only person in the waiting/ lounge area the entire morning ( there was 1 other customer there but she was only there for a short while). I would understand if was unusually busy but for a scheduled B15 service the wait was a bit much. Also, the labor prices on some of the recommended services were ridiculous. $450 to fix a window that only takes an hour to fix? Ridiculous.

One thing I asked for a State Inspection. When I was told my car was done and they had brought my car out to the front for me the lady behind the desk remembered and ask the tech if he had done the inspection he said he firgot but they had already charged me for it. They had to take the car back and complete the inspection.

David is extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. He communicated clearly and addressed each issue that pertained to my Accord. He addressed maintainace schedules and reviewed precise Honda suggestions. It was s pleasure to have David as my service agent this morning!
