I found it unprofessional that I take my car to get an oil change and I see the mechanic taking off a part and throwing it on the floor like if it was trash. Later when they give my car back, I feel something hitting the floor and I feel bumps as I'm driving. When I checked, the part that the mechanic threw on the floor was dangling loose and dragging on the floor. I had to waste more time to go back and have it fixed after I had already spent an hour and a half waiting for it to have a simple oil change that should have been finished in only 30 minutes. I just moved to the area and was hoping to have good service here as I did when I went to the Honda in Dallas but I'm very disappointed in the service done on my car at your facility in Hill country. I trusted your team to treat my car with respect and treat it as if it was their own but instead I see mechanics throwing car parts like if they were trash. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Daisy and you entire staff were GREAT. But your Fastlane customer waiting area was FREEZING the entire time I was there (and I was wearing a coat). When I asked your staff about it, they apologetically explained that the thermostat is not controllable from their location, but rather is centrally controlled. How can your staff attend to the real-time customer comfort if they have no control over the temperature in the room? Thank you.

David gave an outstanding service. He explained everything that was completed on my vehicle. His customer service and appearance is the definition of excellence. The whole service department should give themselves a pat on the back. By my observation, teamwork and great leadership stands out. the whole place was very clean especially the bathroom.

Cody Kyle is an exceptional customer service manager. From start to finish Cody listened to my concerns, provided me a loaner vehicle, and called me to let me know that I was requesting work that was not necessary to the serviceability of my vehicle. Cody and his team's careful evaluation saved me $600,and more importantly, earned my trust. I will confidently recommend others to Hill Country Honda.
