Great job on addressing my exact concerns (i.e., tire rotation, corrosion on positive battery node). My vehicle was ready in a reasonable amount of time and the President’s Day special saved me a good deal of money.

I am always satisfied with the service of my Accord at Hill Country Honda. The management is well organized, manager and staff workers are most helpful and inform thoroughly of all work needed for service of my car. This is an excellent service center.

We dropped off our vehicle on a Saturday morning just after 8am. We called Saturday around 2pm for an update and left a voicemail. On Saturday we received 2 emails. None of them contained any update on our vehicle. We tried calling again on Subday only to find out the service department was closed. So we were without any communication and without a vehicle. Monday came around and we called 1st thing in the morning and spoke to someone who told us Aaron would be calling us back. After 2 hrs of no calls we caught a ride and drove down to the dealership for an update. It was on our way there that we finally had a returned call. The communication was poor and unsatisfactory. My biggest concern was that luckily we had what we needed out of that vehicle to include work items and sports equipment.

I am disappointed with the elevated prices on your parts. I priced the parts that were replaced with Honda site and your parts were overpriced. I’m also disappointed with your labor costs. I think your company took advantage that my wife took in the vehicle, because I wouldn’t have paid those prices.
