Hi! So I was completely floored when I got into my car and the guys cleaned the inside of my car!!! I was embarrassed dropping my car off but I work two jobs and practically live in my car and never have time to do that chore. it was quite an awful mess of soda bottles and coffee cups in my backseat and they really made my day and my heart so happy. Those little things truly mean the world. I appreciate it more than words can express. Thank you so much ??

Service did an excellent job from the first introduction with me, all the way throughout the process of communicating with me on what was going on with my vehicle. Service let me know was needed for the repair correctly the first time. They even went to the extent of letting me know about some preventative maintenance that I could get done while it was there prior to anything possibly going wrong later down the road. I appreciated that a lot. There’s nothing worse than having your vehicle in for service for a few days and then, weeks to months down the road you have to take it back for something that could’ve just been done when it was there at the time, so for that I was thankful for the communication n there end. They had superior workmanship from their technicians, All the way down to the service writers in the cashiers. It was total professionalism all around at Hill country Honda.
