Michelle Davis provided good customer service. When I drove in she promptly came out and wrote up the paperwork also kept me informed. Express service area deserve praises. Oil change, tire rotation and replacement of battery all done under one hour.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, as always. What is new from the last time I was there was a very strong plug in air freshener. Artificial smells like that bring on migraines and asthma attacks for me. After a couple of minutes, I started feeling ill and asked the front desk lady if I could unplug it. She was very understanding and said I could and that it had been bothersome to other customers and employees. I stayed on the other side of the room for another 5-10 minutes then started to feel a migraine starting. I sat outside on the cement blocks by the front door for the remainder of the appointment. The music coming from the garage was loud acid rock, all screaming and drums, but I had nowhere else to go. The staff was great, though. No complaints with them at all. Keep in mind that many people are sensitive to smells like that. There is really no need for something t
Like that in a professional setting. There are no bad smells they are trying to cover up, right? Especially with all the respiratory illnesses around this year, I’d skip something that could cause an asthma attack. It’s not good for your employees either, especially the women. Artificial smells like that contain phenols which cause cancer and infertility as well as other things. You get plenty of fresh air with the doors opening and closing, that system is a unnecessary expense and a liability, in my opinion.
