Every time I go in Cody helps me out and he is never difficult to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He always makes sure I’m taken care of and he’s an awesome person. I’d say he’s definitely an asset to the company.

Part of the services rendered were rotating the vehicles' tires. After rotating the tires, the service team did not check their work. The result was that the tires did not have the proper tire pressure. My wife had to bring the vehicle back for another diagnostic so that they could address the TPMS light that was illuminated after she left the dealership.
If the service team would have properly followed up and checked their work, my wife would have had a better customer experience. This was the first time we received service at Hill Country Honda. We are also in the process of possibly buying a vehicle there. So far, the service has been disappointing.

Cody went above and beyond to help me when I came in to get my car fixed. He took the time to call the warranty company I use to confirm that I had a warranty. He made what could have been a very stressful situation an easy and pleasant one. I am thankful for all of Cody’s help and for Hill Country Honda taking such great care of my car. Thank you!
Cody was excellent. He called me when he said he would. Was very professional but friendly. Very respectful to me. Explained whst repairs were needed for my car. And explained again so I understood. I’m 69 years old and need things explained a couple of times. Extremely patient with me. Thank you for such a great employee.
Michelle kept me informed on the work being done during my appointment and answered all my questions and concerns! She was very professional and courteous towards my time and I appreciated that about her!
