First time there. Moved here from Eugene Oregon. Was greeted promptly by Ruben. Very nice man. Only had to wait 30 minutes. No appointment. Back home, had to make an appointment and wait about an hour. Still not bad. I like the way you do business and will be back when needed. Thank you.

Time: I love that the oil and lube department is in its own beautiful building apart from the dealership’s service department. You get in you get out. As soon as I pulled on, my car was taken in to a stall. Loved it!! Wait time was minimal.
Staff: Very friendly, nice folks. No attitudes! The atmosphere has to be welcoming. Nailed it.
Quality: My car felt like a new car when I left Hill Counyry Honda! They recommended new filters. What a difference in the ride and fresh air in the car.
Snacks: Not important but would be nice to have complimentary snacks and drinks. Check out Northside Honda. Wow!
However, I do appreciate the complimentary car wash. Great job!
