Lacking urgency was there for 2 1/2 hours for one tire. Many Other customers came and got their vehicle serviced and left, before mine was even brought up to be serviced. When they found a nail in the tire I was not asked or given the option to purchase a new tire they automatically begin working on patching it and didn’t communicate with me leaving me in the dark. When I asked what was going on and they told me at the two hour mark they were patching the hole from the nail in The tire I told them I would have preferred to purchase a new tire had they consulted me. Still took another half hour to take off the patched tire and out on a new one. The entire time no one was addressing me, or what was going on untill I had to go ask the staff for an update after the 1st hour and a half of zero communication. Very frustrating and disappointing the way this was handled at Hill Country Honda today.

Service was great and staff was outstanding. Unfortunately, I was forced to wait nearly 2 hours for my oil change to be completed. I have never waited so long for an oil change.
