I felt the service advisor was a little rude. He gave me loaner without fully analyzing the problems of my car and later he called me up and said the tires needs to be changed . When I asked him if it can wait for a few days, his response was very ignorant. Later I also mentioned in the call that I forgot about car not heating on driver's side he said he will take care of it . When I came back to pick up my vehicle he said I didn't mention it to him. Which is not true. When he handed over me my vehicle I noticed that car tire pressure was low and they didn't put air and when I called him he responded saying he got other customers too to take care of. That was very rude. Though I have been coming to Acura service at Morton grove all these years , I am not at all happy this time.
