Frustrating to be there for 4 hours. Was told 1-1.5 for the service and then another 1-1.5 for the tires. I was there in the waiting room for over 4 hours.

My service with Awais Shabbir was great as always. I’ve been servicing my car here for years and Awais is very knowledgeable with cars and thoroughly explains what is needed for my vehicle. It took a long time to find out what was going on with my steering wheel but finally, it was fixed by Andrew and his crew and now I'm so happy that my car is fixed and I can enjoy driving it back. Thank you so much Andrew to take care of it pretty well. I really recommend Andrew. If anyone has any problem ask for him.

Our service advisor was good. The routine oil change was fine. Our only disappointment was with the touch up work. We were sold a maintenance package based partly on the representation that the dealer would offer top notch detailing from its in-house touch up shop. On this visit we had a minor. Scrape on one wheel, and a paint chip on the back hatch. These were both worked on. The car came back strangely with what looked like a second new chip on the hatch. Both the nee and old chip were filled with what appears to be paint that was not color matched. The rim repair was by an amateur without any pre-sanding before paint application. The rough service was simply dabbed over with paint. Very disappointing touch up work indeed. Next time I’ll take it to a professional.
