The advisor mentioned about a 10K tire rotation but the final inspection report didn't mention about the tire rotation and I am not able to leave a voice note to the advisor.

The communication with the service team was choppy. We were told our window fix would take 2 hours. So we dropped the car off and took a loner. After we didn’t hear anything for 3 hours, we called and they said window folks don’t work on Saturday and it would be Monday. That was ok, but we would have planned differently had we been told that. When advised it was ready in Monday, we arrived and learned we should wait 48 hours to wash. That was fine, but when my wife went to the car the window was taped and was never even told. So she went back in and was told oh yes, that will need to be left on there for 48 hours and then you can remove it. It felt very much like the job was unfinished. We could’ve easily just kept the loaner car until everything was completely finished, it’s a brand new car and it just doesn’t feel like it was handled properly with the right communication.

The communication between your service department and me was very poor. After not hearing from them for four hours after dropping off my car for my 11:15 AM port appointment, I called them and was told that they diagnosed my car. The part was not in stock and it would take a couple of days to come in. I was given a verbal “over the phone and approved the repairs on the text message. I asked for a written estimate for the repairs however, I never receive it. The car was ready when it was promised. And the work seems to be done correctly..

Jasmine was fantastic. She checked me right in and gave me updates on my vehicle. I could not find my car when it was done, so she went out of her way to find it, and drive it up front to me instead of calling a porter. You have yourself a great team member.
