I think your female representative had an attitude. She was defensive. It was not a pleasant experience. The male representative, Mark, was easy going and wonderful to work with. Your sales Manager and Senior Sales manager were a DELIGHT ! Jasmine needs an attitude adjustment or to go work at Yugo! They’re actually out of business, and I know this! And her attitude is just as disturbing…
