McGrath Volvo could have used more Matthew Solimini’s working when we were in for service as customers were often waiting in line. Once at the front of the line, the service Matthew provided was excellent all around!

Kudos to Jasmine! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was wonderful to work with, her personality and demeanor are great! Always smiles and tries to bring your spirits up with a joke or a laugh. It really brightened my day. Employees like her is why I drive over an hour from Shorewood, IL to Barrington to get my car serviced there.

Jasmine is wonderful. I had an unexpected issue come up in the AM. I called and had an appointment by 2pm the same day. Jasmine somehow got my car looked at, fixed, and completed within a couple hours. Not only did she take care the main issue but while I was in she was able to help me fix a couple other issues I’ve been putting off. Thank you, Jasmine

The work was performed well and on time. I have 3 other comments. 1- I asked for a shuttle to the train station and an Uber was arranged but no one offered to do the same on the return. I live in St. Charles and can’t always stay at the dealership when car is being serviced. 2- as soon as I arrived at the dealership for service I got a call from a sales person who asked about my interest in buying a new car. 3- the day after this service work was completed and a week after I had the 40,000 Mile service completed I received an automated message reminding me to schedule service for the car. We love the car and have no issue with the recent service.

Jasmine was very nice, but I came in for a low pressure tire. It had a screw in the tread. Today it is registering low pressure in the same left rear tire. We are going out of town tomorrow thru Monday afternoon. I'll bring it in on Monday afternoon, July 3rd.
