The car wasn’t finished when it was promised and I was asked to bring the car on Saturday when it’s my weekend. I had to change the plans with my family and bring the car . Jasmine said if I don’t bring my car I will have to pay late fees. I don’t think that it’s my fault that the car wasn’t finished on time. I don’t think that the customer needs to be bothered on the weekend

She went above and beyond what was expected! I very appreciated her help and showing me things with my vehicle that was not done at time of purchase. Unfortunately, I did not purchase with your dealership which is why I chose and continue to drive the long distance to have my vehicle serviced at your dealership. She did a spectacular job and should be recognized for her work!!

I sat there for over an hr and half without any word. It was an oil change which should take no time at all. Understandable things happen but there is no reason it should have taken almost 2 hrs. I have one more free oil change but I probably won’t use it since I can do it faster myself
