There has to be more touch points informing customers as to the status of their vehicle. I don’t care if it’s an estimate and something happens to extend the time needed to complete the work. I’m also not expecting a call but a text shouldn’t be too big an ask.

For the first 10 days my car was in for service I did not receive any proactive communication from the service department. I had to call in repeatedly to get any updates.

I called to confirm that my 50,000 mile work and a trailer hitch could be put on during my appointment as I had to take off work as you dealership is a 50 minute drive from my house. They said it would be done that day. Then I get down there and they say the hitch takes 4 hours and they can’t do that day. When they finally put the hitch on the next day they put it on so that the ball was upside down (underneath the tongue)!!! My husband had to get a wrench and put it on correctly.

When I bought a new battery replacement of my battery wasn’t performed even I paid 200$ last time just for diagnostic and was told when I bought a battery it will be replaced for free
