My car was in service for 2 days. The paint repair and dent repair was no completed on the main area of concern. In addition, the pain “repair” on the little spot was done shottily and a new pain area has also been ADDED. I was not informed this was not completed upon pickup or that it was not going to be done at all. I discovered this after I got home. Mark avoided my phone call and the issue is unresolved.

Jasmine was great. Scheduling was easy and I appreciated the updates through text. I didn’t get a very satisfactory explanation of the issue with my vehicle. This is a brand new car and yet I had messages that my battery is failing to charge. I left not very reassured that there isn’t a more significant underlying issue.

Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he was able to troubleshoot a problem finding a loaner car while mine was being serviced and that the work was completed within the timeframe he had given me. He also found something very important that I had left behind while switching back to my own car. I was very happy with my experience and would return again. Thank you!
