You didn’t complete a service. Your team reached out to me informed me that I had two free oil changes expiring at the end of April. I scheduled a appointment and drove 30 minutes to your location only to wait 20 minutes and be told I didn’t have a free oil change even though you have never completed a oil change on my car. There was no accountability taken on you behalf and no compensation for wasting my time gas or toll money

Mark was very helpful. The appointment was on time. He let me know exactly what was being serviced on my car. He checked in with me to give me a status. He educated me about features in my car that I did not know how to use. He is great at his job, very knowledgeable about Volvo cars, and a very nice guy!

I didn't get the answer I wanted but she told me the truth. I can't get 300 mikes on my car in 2 months, I have to drive the car more. Being a single senior citizen, I guess I have to find some outside activity. I live the car, just wish they had told me that when I bought the car. It would have made a difference.

Thank you for updating computer of central display and instrument panel after it blacked out completely. I worry this may happen again. Will it reset after turning off then on again? Please tell me what number to call if I need help or service on my upcoming road trip to AZ. Also—What are benefits of having online Volvo app? And how much does that cost? Thank you.
