He answered all my questions. Showed me how to work a few features. Was honest about service that was needed or not needed. Made sure my car was cleaned. He was patient with me and kept me apprised of all that was going on with the car every step of the way. Thanks Mark!

Mark communicated exceptionally well; explained what maintenance would be done, and also informed me that there had been a recall which I was unaware and took care of the recall repair. He communicated frequently so I knew step by step where he was in the service process and gave an ETA when the service would be completed. In addition to Mark being knowledgable and expert in service and communicating; he was also a pleasure to meet. A+ for Mark! Thank you!

I messaged Jasmine a couple hours after dropping my car off to see where they were at with it because we live an hour away and she never responded. My husband dropped me off and there was still another 1.5 hours of work to be done. I ended up waiting in the lobby for my car and sent my husband and kids home. Terrible communication.

I’ve had service done at other Volvo locations and the majority of the time the people by the service desk give you attitude or they talk to you rude or come off condescending. However that was not the case at Barrington Volvo. The guy that helped me at the service desk was very professional and even checked out some extra stuff out on my vehicle. The service here was also faster compared to other locations. Highly likely to do all my services at this location from here on out
