No complaints at all about Jasmine; she's perfect. The Valet service is great. Patrick in Parts was very helpful also. Just one small complaint is that my settings (radio and service message on the main screen) were not put back. It took me a little time to figure it out. But then I'm old and not the best with technology.

This part was needed after a software update caused an issue with the heating element. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from the honesty about the issue, getting the part ordered and keeping me informed to working with my schedule to get the car serviced. It was nice to have full heat during today’s frigid temperatures.

This was worst experience I ever had with McGrath. No one showed up in appointment day. Later, serviced car partially and surprised with the payment. Got another appointment which was cancelled in last moment. Later, again it was told that service is covered with the extra insurance I bought during lease but the day before the service I was told the charges. Finally, I agreed to pay and the car was out for service but no updates since one day. Horrible experience so far. I am sure this is an opportunity to improve customer experience

I love this facility. Everyone you encounter is so friendly. My only issue is the amount of time it takes to get a service completed. On Monday, I had a 50k service completed and it took 2 and a half hours. On Saturday, I came to get one tire put on my car and it took two hours to complete.

Mark was communicative and honest. He addressed each of my concerns and was honest when there was no good answer. He took time to look for a functionality in the console to help address an additional question before I left this service appt.

Keyshawn was terrific. I ended up coming down with a stomach bug and he arranged to have someone return my car to my home and pick up the loner car. I was truly grateful. Volvo doesn’t need to loose someone who goes the extra mile for you like that

Mark has and continues to be awesome. Every time I come in for service. I appreciate is professionalism and his attention to detail on my vehicle. He is the reason that I drive to Barrington from Glenview. it would be more convenient to go to Fields Volvo, but I know that my car is being well cared for with Mark.
