At checkin I explained I could get a ride home if he would let me know what the tech decided was wrong. I would wait if it was only 2hrs, but would have someone pick me up if it would be 4hrs. He did not return to me, so after an hour I returned to the service desk for an estimate. He was not there, but his co-worker was able to give it to me. She said it was the smaller service (only 1 axel). When my original service agent came to the waiting area to update a customer who came in well after me, he realized he never updated me so said he would “get on the tech to get the estimate”. Which, of course, I already had recv’d a 1/2 hr before this. He completely forgot about me waiting. All in all, I ended up waiting 4 hours for my vehicle, when I could have set up a ride. I am very displeased with the service agent today.

I was very happy with the overall experience. However, the dealership got the information wrong in the first place when I had asked for a loaner vehicle and they called me expecting me to bring the car to the dealership. Then I made clear I needed a loaner vehicle and someone showed up without a loaner vehicle. They then promised to have it back by the time I needed the car which they then were able to do but it was disorganized.

Very professional and forthright with my car issues. He was able to provide me a loaner vehicle since my car needed some work. I was not expecting that since I was told there were no vehicles available according to the receptionist when I called to make my car appointment. That was a huge help and an unexpected (nice) bonus! Keyshaun was also very nice throughout the entire process, 10/10 on a number scale! Thank you!

I just don’t feel like anyone cared I was there. I dropped my car off and had to call 2.5 hours later to find out whether my car was ready or not. After being hung up on by voicemail, then calling back, I awaited a call back to let me know a repair I asked for couldn’t be completed because you didn’t have the parts and the update for my vehicle took only 15 minutes. So why wasn’t I called back sooner? In all that time my vehicle wasn’t washed or anything else. I bought my vehicle here and came in from the city to get service. I don’t know if I’ll return for service. This was not a good experience.
