Mark was great! He Took the time to do due diligence and get my vehicle checked out and had the vehicle ready for return quickly - McGrath has a great service team. Mark was also able to point me to the section where I could purchase some Christmas stocking stuffers - so a great productive morning.

Your dealership is the finest automotive dealership that I have ever worked with. I say that as an automotive expert. I spent 10 years as a Ford Divison as a corporate regional salesperson + regional franchise and sales analyst and the last 30 years as the national sales manager for seating and components to the automotive industry. I know the industry very well. McGrath Volvo is the simply best sales and service team that I have seen.

They are very welcoming and listen clearly. I will buy another car, likely a Volvo from McGarth. 100% great service. Kind of a joke but fields BMW has hot sandwiches. Lol

When I arrived no one bothered to ask how they could help even though there were three people at the service area. Keyshaun finally talked but he had to send an email before checking me in. Next while I had an appointment my address nor anything about what it was for was in the appointment so it took approximately 15 minutes just to get checked in. All the while others came in were greeted and on their way quickly. Next when the service was supposed to be done I had to ask how it going which I was told it was done. Next they lost the keys and after I helped point them out then had to go outside to find my vehicle mean while others were called out of the waiting room and their vehicles were brought inside and they left promptly whereas another 15 minutes went by for me to get checked out. Poor customer service is what I call that and I told Keyshaun I won’t ever come back due to being treated this way. Keyshaun seemed to be over burdened and the rest of the service people including the porter who claimed to have provided the lost key where disinterested in doing anything.
