Mark was very informative and helpful. This is the second time we needed to have this part replaced and we are concerned that this will be a continual issue that will need to be replaced every year and fall out of warranty. Our thoughts are so we sell the car and get a different hybrid that can handle the heating and cooling function when it is running on battery. We would really like to know what is being done to fix this issue, so we can figure out our next steps.

Mark is always attentive and helpful. That why I las two Volvo dealerships to get my vehicle serviced. One comment, though, I bought a brand new tire a month ago and the service recommendation (not from Mark) was to consider replacing it. Something is off.
