As always Mark was absolutely terrific. In his calm and unassuming manner, he kept me informed, saw to it that the work was done correctly, answered my questions succinctly and completely, and arranged prompt transportation to my home and back to the dealership when the work was completed. Mark instills confidence and it is so valuable to me to have someone that I can trust with my Volvo. Thank you!

Keyshaun advocates for the customer and balanced a difficult dealership staffing shortage while making sure the repair was done correctly. The dealer staffing issue caused a 6 week repair time but during that time I was kept up to date on the delay. Keyshaun was patient and diligent in his ability to coordinate a very difficult situation.
