One of the issues I came in for, was not fixed. I could still hear rattling in the same location as outlined in my appointment information. Additionally, I could tell the van was not washed despite being told it would be. Ever since buying my vehicle from McGrath almost 3 years ago, either the car wash did not work, or the service rep did not take care of it. When I picked up my vehicle yesterday, the rep didn’t hand the front desk any paperwork, and seemed careless. Still waiting for a call back from the text I sent earlier today. The only decent part about this service was the technician sending me a video identifying the cause for one of the concern areas. Please help make this right and be better. I can’t help but wonder what else is being left unattended or looked over, and with my warranty coming up I don’t want to come into my next appointment and then Honda finding things that require fixing, and it inconveniently being past the warranty.

Was expecting a loaner but was denied due to my insurance. It would have been nice to know that certain insurance companies weren’t accepted before driving 35 minutes to only be denied a loaner. If you don’t accept certain insurance companies, let the customer know before making appointment/loaner arrangements.

Took way to long for an oil change and tire rotation, I was there for over an hour and a half and that was with an appointment made several days prior. There is no point in having appointments if the work is not scheduled.

The tonneau cover is coming apart at the first seam. I came home from work today and noticed the cover was splitting apart. I called Joseph Trice my sales associate and he told me Akira said to bring it in. I will be bringing it in tomorrow after I work around 4:45pm Thanks Tom
