I’m really frustrated with the lack of direct communication from your team at all levels. From making the appointment to questions about my repair, the process was frustrating. The cashier was very helpful and escalated my concerns to the super/manager on duty but I was told that you all are very aware of my service issues and that it’s being discussed already from other feedback. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to make my experience better or worse with a response like that. Not super impressed with today’s experience.

Service rep was good. Prior service was not as expected. Oil was leaking after a routine oil change. I had to return for service. After two hours, it was found the drain plug was not tightened correctly. The wait was excessive for the repair.

Wait time for service rep took long They found nail on my tire and had to replace new one. I purchased brand new tire and request discount or do something for me and rep said he would talk to manager. I got $10 off but was hoping be more since I bought the car from them and purchased premium package coverage which expired 2 months ago. Overall I brought the car in 2 times and finally found nail . Not sure why they couldn't find it 1st tome.
