I have already submitted my comments for an earlier questionnaire that I was sent. Michael did a great job at customer service, but I was displeased with how long it took me to get an oil change. I had an appointment at 1 PM, and didn’t get out of there until 2:50 PM. I can understand waiting 45 minutes for the car to be serviced , but I believe it shouldn’t take almost 2 hours.

Mr D Cavazos is a very nice person, I gave too him my best review. But I’m steel uncomfortable with this car. For me the system valve is sound like an old car. There’s something wrong in the engine. The suspension system, is so bad. Sorry but definitely I make a big mistake with Honda. This is the thing. I’m going to pay $ 30,712.00 $ 855.94 00, maybe more, every month, for a car that I don’t feel comfortable with. Service people are ????. Wow 82 years old. Do you think that’s ok? Think about it

Fine service. Unfortunately it comes at a very high price. Was surprised to discover you changed the battery in my fob-i just replaced it so it was an unnecessary expsense,, but you never asked. Out of warranty, I will shop around for best service prices.

I had an appointment for cargo mat installation and didn’t install in my trunk and I have to follow up and come again to service cemetery to install it. Are you going to pay gas ?
