Base on your recommendation, I have been set up the schedule for following service with with loaner service. Once my schedule confirmed please let me know. Noah was great and displayed awesome customer service. I traveled over 30 miles to St. Charles to have my vehicle serviced because I trust McGrath Honda for my Toyota....yes my Toyota. I come because of the exceptional customer service experience from the day I purchased my used Rav4 from McGrath.

Poor communication car sat two days and no one even looked at it until Sunday. Vehicle not ready when I picked it up. Seat was not completely repaired. Had to get manager involved to finishing sealing the cover because no mechanic were available. Very frustrating experience

Service was great, however don’t know why it takes so long to get warranty work approved. If this does not get approved by close of business 03/06/2024, I will start to drop my rating and make phone calls until I find someone that stands behind the Honda brand
