A glow kit was found underneath our car, much to our great surprise, and that was removed, but as we have discovered today, March 2 after getting our car back yesterday, to our increasing shock an Aftermarket sound system is also hanging down inside the car. Why wasn’t the glow kit and the aftermarket sound system found with the 84 Point inspection that we were entitled to. We were also entitled to the Carfax before purchase, and that never happened either. Failure to disclose these things must be accounted for.

Had a 10:30 appointment to replace 2 trim pieces was told my vehicle is ready went to parking lot to get the vehicle checked the trim and was still f ing loose this was at 1:00 took it back in and somehow magically was fixed in about 20 minutes and by the way this was the 3rd or 4th appointment to fix the same problem. Not acceptable very frustrating and disappointed also called multiple times and left name and number never got a call back
