Just one thing I I went with family to Chicago so we were on the high way my steering wheel start shacking really bad and there’s a squeaky noise in the front end I would need to bring it in so that those things can get fix so if please some one contact me to let me know if I can bring it in

Everyone we dealt with on the team for the purchase of our new HR-V was exceptional and made a stressful experience completely stress free! Extra kudos to Steve for being such a friendly, laid back, non-salesperson customer service person - he’s what every salesperson should be! He is an incredible people person and I would recommend him and the McGrath team to anyone buying a new Honda! This is by far the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had - thank you!

I tried to explain a number of times that I was pressed for time and would happily come back in the morning. That was ignored and met with "this will be fast, trust me" I was then talked out of a hybrid but presented it's a hybrid after I was assured that this dealer sold more than 700 units a month and that this dealer had the largest stock of new and pre-owned inventory in the state. I should have just left and came back when I had more time despite what I was told by sales. I was introduced to multiple people with no explanation of what their role was to process. The process felt forced and not very informative. I asked twice what the cost of the vehicle was and was told "I don't know, well check after the test drive" then I was never told, just assured on to paperwork. I honestly know better but I just wanted the process over. I bought a car..there was zero negotiation or presented options. My sales person kept leaving the desk and sending someone over to say hello. Full press sales without honoring customer position or scheduled time. I know sales..i should have just said "you won't listen to my scheduling requests or pric e of vehicles...I'll come back another time. The pressure got to me and I bought the vehicle. I still have no idea of how to get the second key. Lots of talk...not so much walk.

Someone there NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR FORGERY Yeah I got the warranty I thought I was originally getting but lord if I lived up there I’d be having Officer Monaco subpoena your video and sound to find out who needs jail time for forgery. Investigate this they need to be fired if not jailed. They shouldn’t be selling cars to people or working with anything where you need to sign papers. I can’t believe someone there forged my signature. FIND THEM AND FIRE THEM

I wanted to pay cash, not trade in my car, and pick up my new car another day.instead I couldn't leave until nearly 11:30, took a wrong turn in a strange car, and instead of 1 1/2 hour drive home, it took me 2 1/2 hours. I did not appreciate that.

Trying to communicate to anyone by phone is horrible. The option to text is there to-in theory- make Communication faster but it doesn't.As of now, I don't have any idea whether my car is being worked on or not. It's been over 1 week.
