The fact that the repair was done, I can only say thank you. However, I sent 2 emails regarding the information related to the repair of the car, but I did NOT receive any reply. Communication with the client is important, especially since I asked for some information to which I did NOT receive any answer.

Almost 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Then to be told there is nothing wrong with the van leaking oil when it’s a known fact there is a ring gasket problem is terrible . This is at least my 5th Honda and the service is getting worse than ever

Took too long for an oil change and tire rotation.
Then run the car thru a wash. Or should I say
WET THE CAR DOWN. CAR WASH CLEAN And windows
SPOTLESS. I got it back with water spots on
the car and windows.

Took longer than it really needed to. If you set an appointment for an oil change you certainly don’t expect it to span nearly two hours. That’s excessive
Jason was very professional and very helpful and I genuinely believed he cared. Some of the other service people that I've had act like they care but you can tell it's an act. With Jason though it seemed very legitimate that he was genuinely interested in making the experience a positive one
