This time the service was SO BAD. They did not find the issue I had complained about. At the end of the day , my car was having dent at the back bumper. When I complained they came up with a morphed picture and said it was there before. They can not help anything. The manager’s face clearly showed she was was lying. Not satisfied at all. Very poor service.

This was my first time in a long time (I only had been once before) to your dealership. The customer service was really lacking. When someone finally came over to me for my scheduled appointment (his name was IB), he was very uncommunicative; I had to ask a bunch of questions to confirm what was to be done and for how much. It felt like he didn’t want to give me specifics. He then did a walk around of my car while I waited next to it and he never said one word about what he was doing. When we went into his desk, he did a lot of paperwork/typing without saying anything to me which left me wondering what was going on. Overall he was just very unwelcoming and non communicative. I don’t need to be contacted to “make it right” since the service work was fine. I am just letting you know so it can be helpful in the future. I would be unlikely to return to this dealership (as opposed to my typical one) unless I really had to.
