I was provided with very poor customer service. There is no transparency in your operations. Your service consultant was insensitive to my needs. I felt worse after getting your Service.

What was done seems great. Greatly appreciated. But one thing. When I break the truck pulls hard to the left. Pretty scary. Kinda funny because before it pulled slightly to the right. Would love to talk to the mechanic to see if anything was done to the breaks.

Price switch.. you guys quoted me over the phone $40+ and at the end of the service you guys charges me $74+. Been there 3 times before and I never pay over $45 now is almost double. I did ask to the person that took my truck and he did it give me and answer what he just said is price change. Unfortunately you loose me as a customer.

Oliver did nothing wrong. Just frustrated that the price he quoted me was different then what your reservation system quoted me. Once alerted the problem was corrected.

My appointment was for 11:00AM and I was told the time frame for performing the work would be under 4 hours. Given that part of the work was diagnosing a problem, I was prepared for this timeline to change. I received a text at 2:00 with the shop’s phone number. I called back and was directed to a voicemail. I left a message. I did not receive an update or a return phone call by 2:45, so I phoned again. I was transferred to the service desk where I was placed on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called back, asking to speak to the rep to whom I had been assigned. My call went directly to voicemail. I called back again and was told that my rep was busy but that he would be back in the office in 15 minutes and would phone me with an update. I never received a return call. I phoned back again and was transferred to the cashier. I phoned back again and asked the rep who answered the phone to please either connect me directly to someone who could give me an update or a manager who could speak to the nature of the service I was receiving. The phone operator never identified herself by name and transferred my calls without ever explaining to me who I was being transferred to. While on hold at this point, I received a text message from the rep saying that my car was being worked on, but with no details as to what was necessary or what a timeline might be. It was 4:30 by the time I finally got the rep on the phone and was informed quite nonchalantly that my car was ready. No apology was ever offered by anyone at any level of contact for the delays in recieving notification. The level of difficulty in just being notified or updated was galling. In no way would I have been upset to learn that things were progressing more slowly than anticipated or that the car would have to be there overnight, but no information was offered and indeed, I was made to feel pathetic while i tried to find out what was going on, and whether I would need to make alternate arrangements to get home. My experience makes it almost a certainty that I will not choose to bring my vehicles back, and that I will not consider purchasing new vehicles from this dealershipwithout any follow up from Lindsay or explanation of what went wrong and why.

I was charged for a repair that was not performed. I now need to bring the truck back which is a major inconvenience.

As always 3obert did an outstanding job coordinating my repairs and communicating woith me. Robert is the best sevice advisor I have had at any dealership, including Mercedes and? Volvo dealerships.
