Donna is the best service rep that Lindsay Cadillac has it! She is courteous polite professional and she goes out of her way to help you get your car repaired in a timely manner! If she wasn’t there we would not come to Lindsay Cadillac. All your service reps should be as good as she is donna is the best service rep that Lindsay Cadillac has! All your service reps should be as good as she is!. The only thing that disturbs us is that we can not get through to her by phone. You have instituted the system where we have to go through the receptionist to actors the phone, then they send us back the service and we wind up speaking to somebody else. And if we want to talk to Donna we have to leave a message. That’s not the way it was before. She had a number as all the reps had one and we could call directly to the service rep and leave a message. This is not acceptable we went Lindsay service we want to speak to our rap when we call not to an answering machine if somebody else and then they give her the message. I hope you will change this and put it back to the system that it was Lindsay personal service. Not going through two receptionists to try and get through to your to your rep. We are happy with the service that gets done to our vehicle and we’ve never had a problem. It appears there are top mechanics working at Lindsey and that is excellent!

Craig Beran was a pleasure to bring my car issues to. He updated me daily on the status of my car. He did everything he could doas a customer service representative. His customer service was a 10 out of 10 in my book. He needs to coach or be a mentor to other folks on how customer service should be.

I made an appointment for 1pm......I left at 4:30pm. Not a real complaint, I did watch my 1st ever soccer game. But, it would have been nice to leave earlier

Gino was great. Kept me up to date every step of the way. Made sure I was out the door in the time frame guaranteed. Even discussed a new car with me when I was looking at the floor model. Excellent service!
