Service is usually great, and the team is always very positive and helpful. I was informed that everything was fixed and working properly. I paid and left only to find something was still not working right once I got home. I called back repeatedly, but have not been able to get it resolved.
One reason I brought the vehicle in was to get an oil change, which they did. However, they did not reset the oil life indicator and I don't know how to do it.
Just a note ... while we were waiting for the service ... which was fine ... my husband wandered up to the showroom and was looking at the Dodge Journey ( like opening all doors and leaning in to look) ... and not one sales person greeted him or asked if they could help ... odd since we keep getting contacted to trade in our 2014 Chrysler200 by these same people! Might want to pass this along ...

Everything was great in terms of communication, loaner vehicle, explanation of issues found, recommendation and authorization for additional work, etc. I was hoping for two additional things which I receive from my local mechanic each time I take my other cars: 1. A multipoint inspection and report on areas of the auto like break wear, tire gage remaining, visible leaks, steering components, shock assessment, etc, and 2. When my vehicle is pulled around, please hand me my keys instead of making me search for them in the console, remove the paper floor mat, plastic from the seat, and big tag off the mirror. I had to pull all these things out before I got in my truck and walk them over to a garbage can next to the door where the young man entered after driving my truck up front.
Sincerely...and delivered in the spirit of providing better service to all your future customers. It’s hard to improve if you don’t get feedback.
