There is a huge disconnect between service and sales. It took 10 days to deliver my new Jeep and I still do not have what I paid for nor do I have any idea when the part will be in. Completely dissatisfied so far! People are very nice however, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I got messages from service sayings everything was done and complete then 10 minutes later, a call from my salesman to tell me the opposite. Promises, promises. I did my part, paid over 45k, but off to a very bad start.
I liked the communication and updates to when my vehicle would be ready.
Victor was very professional and courteous.
Service was very quick and the people who are working there are extremely helpful and attentive. I appreciated that.
Brad, as always, was super helpful and understanding. He also remained calm despite my irritation at my own bad luck. Fantastic and fast service.

One comment: It seems your team did not work the vehicle in until the second day. Although I brought the vehicle in at 9:00 am, it was not repaired until the next day. The sliding door would not open because the door panel had become loose and was therefore catching.
I like the service I have received so far at Lindsay Manassas. I have been on Victor's team the last few times and I am satisfied with the service. Thank you Victor!!! And Lindsay!!!

I understand you may be busy. I believe I had a scheduled time for my appointment. I was later told that was more of a drop off time, despite the email l saying “reserved appointment time”. I was told by sr management that they can’t hold bays open my car was not looked at for over 24 hours. I think that’s **** in this day and age and in this area who can be without there car for 24 hours. I had to work from home and missed a important meeting because i planned on my car being serviced at a specific time and day. So what I interpreted was you can’t have a reserved appointment time but we don’t care if we leave you without a vehicle as long as we get your money.
Very happy with everything. Great service!
