Made an appointment for 9am. My truck was in for 24k mile service and repair of the tailgate lock. Dropped the vehicle off the night before. Service representative tried to get me to sign for over $250 worth of service even though I have full warranties (including oil changes, everything). Next day I did not hear anything so I called at 11:07 am. Was told that they were waiting for a bay to get my truck in (even though my appointment was for 9am). Did not hear anything for several more hours so I called for an update at 4:15 pm and was told that they are doing a download of software (recall) and that they are still working on figuring out the tailgate. My wife (different telephone number then I gave for service communication) received a call around 5:30 pm saying that they vehicle was ready for pick up and that the tailgate part had to be ordered. So I have to bring my truck in again for the tailgate to be repaired. In summary, it took all day for an oil change, software download and tailgate diagnosis, I still have to come back because the part was not available. Additionally, I had to call to get updates. No communication from the service department until I called after 11am and for five hours later when I called again.

I had noticed when I got home, none of my fluids were topped off. Also noticed after letting the car settle or cool off for a few hours, that oil level was very low. A simple oil and filter took over 1 1/2 hours with me being third in line at 7am in the morning was frustrating not mention again, none of the service was completed correctly. For $63 you would think your oil level would at least be correct. Chris

To be honest I'm not satisfied because you can still hear the noise when you go over the speed bumps.You guys also told me if I the same problem that I can take it back.
