Brad from the service desk was extremely helpful. This is my first time dealing with Lindsey Jeep and if you keep employees like Brad you will continue to have my business no matter how expensive you guys get. And you guys are extremely expensive.

This guy wanted to keep throwing parts at my car instead of actually checking to see if it's other problems. He was like "before we check further we need to change the sensors which is a 600 dollar job" and he didn't even say it was 100% the sensors.

Military family moving out of state tomorrow morning. Found out I had a recall on my cruise control at the last minute. I was told they had the software update and appointment was made. When my husband took the car in for service he was told they didn’t have it and couldn’t do the update.

I have a full synthetic oil change service package and I again received regular oil instead. This is despite my going to the service department in person to make my appointment and to have the agreement checked and then again reminding the service guy, Nathan, about the synthetic oil. I then had to argue with him to get the oil changed to synthetic. Why did I pay extra for this service to be treated like this every time?

I had requested a synthetic oil change in person prior to my appointment. I was disappointed to find out synthetic oil was not used during this appointment. Now I will have to come back sooner than anticipated. Nathan and the team were great otherwise.

I was called to pick up my car. I was told it was fixed and ready to go. I got dropped off by a family member, hopped in the car, pulled out onto 28 and realized the check engine light was on. So I had to turn around. I waited another 30 minutes before it was determined the car couldn’t be fixed in a timely manner.

Besides wrecking into my vehicle with another customers vehicle, additional damage was done after it was fixed. Techs took it upon themselves to install my front tag. When I brought the vehicle in, the front tag was on the grill in a quick release set up for car shows and so that holes wouldn't be drilled into my front bumper. After the accident, the front bumper was not replaced which means they concisely altered my vehicle without consent. The wreck I understand. Accidents happen. I'm actually more surprised by this because this was a conscious decision to alter a client's vehicle without their consent. I'll be bringing it back for this to be repaired too.
