I know that sometimes parts can take some time to arrive but a month waiting for a vehicle to be finished is a bit excessive to wait.
After picking up the vehicle, we are extremely pleased with the way it drives.

I made an appointment for 10 AM and dropped my vehicle off. I was told that I would be notified between 2:30 to 3:00 PM when the vehicle was ready. I did not receive any notification and arrived at the shop at approx 3:00 PMonly to be informed by my customer service rep, Brad, that my vehicle hadn’t even beeen serviced yet! He said that the time frame he gave me of 2:30 to 3:00 PM was only if the vehicle had been serviced. On top of that he could not even tell me if my vehicle would be ready before the 5:00 PM time the mechanics quit for the evening! This totally goes against every expectation I have of good customer service.I was going to take my vehicle and go home but when he went to get the keys the mechanics had just pulled the vehicle in for service. So I agreed to let the vehicle be serviced and waited for it to be accomplished. I strongly suggest that your folks be better prepared to let customers know how long it will take a vehicle to be serviced. If I need to leave the vehicle all day you should be able to guarantee that it will be serviced by the agreed upon pickup time otherwise don’t accept the vehicle for service that day or give the customer a free rental.
I requested a 20,000 maintenance service on my vehicle which included replacing the cabin filter. However it was never completed and is part of my service plan. Additionally, I receive a text after my service indicating it was dirty. I sat and waited for my vehicle and someone should have said something in-person. Not to mention it’s part of the 20k service. Total inconvenience
