No appointment needed. Just drove in, checked in, and I was out in about an hour. Oil change and tire rotation.

The service rep was more than helpful and understanding. The tech who worked on the vehicle when looking at a broken bulb, took out the broken one and shoved the cables for the light deep into the fixture. It took me nearly having to remove the light fixture to get the cable free so i could put in a new bulb. Otherwise no complaints.
Great service as always from Brad. Answered all my questions and got me out on time.

Everything seemed to be taken care of properly and Amir is always very nice and helpful, really enjoy using him as my service liaison. Wish it could have been a few minutes faster but I understand they are very busy and you can't rush an oil change.
AS ALWAYS... Service department always makes me feel at ease when they service my Jeep, which I bought from them as well as all the upgraded parts and suggestion by their expert service department. Kyron’s team and Bobby have always put an effort to make sure that it’s in top quality service.
Brad is very helpful anytime I have questions. He helps me with my car concerns and takes care if what I need.

Jack, did not provide customer service. As with all the people in the service department I received customer care! There is a big difference. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the performance of the people is a direct reflection of its leadership. Mike has been a source of help from the very beginning. Let me ask you a question: would you drive 72 miles one way to get your car serviced, passing multiple dealerships? I do!!! Why?!?!?! Because I am coming to see "family" and that makes the trip worthwhile EVERY TIME!!! Cheers!!!
