I asked him to check out my keys because my doors were not open when I grab the handle nobody did a damn thing with that. And when he called me to tell me they zeroed out the codes I asked right then did they get my keys to work with my truck to open it up and he said well maybe after zeroing out the cold it will which means they didn't even try to figure out if it did work or not

Nathan was exceptional. Solid communication skill set, excellent listener which serves that role well. No issues with his approach or how he delivered information. An asset to your organization and a keeper. However, the substantive data he was coached to share (reasons for tires not being able to be removed) without making additional purchases for replacement lug nuts are illogical. An oil change and tire rotation turned into a 3.5 journey and the positive view I held of Lindsay Jeep of Manassas mechanics and operations before has ruined the loyalty and value that great service should have inspired. I’m still baffled by the explanation 24 hours later. How 20 lug nuts all fail at between 55k and 59.5k miles, essentially the same time and categorizing it as wear and tear and not taking responsibility for the condition is ludicrous at best. More to follow as the suggested safety concern implied warrants contacting Chystler corporation, legal and other entities and outlets as other customers should be aware of the situation they will face in advance.

Understand schedules can get backed up. However I delivered my vehicle to the dealership between 930 and 10 AM for an 11:30 AM appointment Repeat appointment was made in advance. I dropped the vehicle off because of the duration of service and my work schedule. I was trying to make it easy for everyone Work was not started on my vehicle until shortly before 5 PM.
I can only presume that my vehicle was bumped to the end of the line as if I had arrived for service and waited with it at 4:30. This is unacceptable
