My appt was for 12pm, if people are at lunch why make appts for that time? Frank was awesome. I had made other obligations at 1:00 and 2:00. We were not sure I was going to make my 1:00pm. I left at 12:45. Thank you, Frank for making it happen for me.

We were greeted upon arrival by Tracey D Strait. She made sure she understood what we were there for and ensured us that the service would be taken care of as requested, and in a timely manner.
