My truck was road tested but the issue is not resolved. I do not have time from work to keep going back and forth from your dealership. I will be going to another dealership
I selected this service when I moved here after checking others in the area. I always feel like you really care about my vehicle and that your staff has my best interests in mind. I have never second guessed any of their suggestions, and my car has never had a problem. Some updates are OK, but please don’t change the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff.

To state the obvious, I could purchase a vehicle from ANYWHERE; the purchasing of a vehicle is NOT what separates one dealership from the next. The Service Dept. on the other hand is EVERYTHING; all service departments are NOT created equal! The SERVICE I receive from Jeff in the Service Dept is not just OUTSTANDING, it’s the best I’ve received in my 25-years of owning and operating vehicles!

Picked up my car after told it was fixed and it broke down on me same day and I had to wait an hour in 105 degree temperature for a tow truck. Not happy at all
