Phenomenal service, this time...every time. Not enough words to say how professional the staff is as well as the quality of the work. Hard to imagine the service being on par with the quality of the car but Lindsey service surpasses it!
I was told at 8:38 my car was finished and heading to the car wash. One hour later the service rep led me to my car that was not in the pickup area. That was unsatisfactory. I arrived well before my 7:30 appointment for a simple oil change and ended up staying for 2 solid hours.

Setting up the appointment on your website was easy. When I got to the service center, Ski had the Lexus loaner I requested ready for me. I was in and out inless than 30 minutes. In addition, my car was repaired (brake light replacex) in less than 2 hours! Great service!
Sherry was fantastic to deal with. I will request her each time. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. Took time to locate my vehicle and walked me out to it when it was ready.
