You billed me twice for oil, filter and gasket. Then your computers were down And you couldn’t run my credit card. You promised to send me a copy of the adjusted bill, but didn’t. You initially didn’t wash my car because whoever was Doing it didn’t know how yo keep the newly installed antenna down . I had to show him how to shut off the radio. For a bill over $2000, I expected better service.

Ms. Tammy Simone is very processional in all aspects of providing service to Lexus owners. Moreover, she is impressively knowledgeable about the intricacies of each Lexus model. She manages and communicates each step in the service process in a very efficient and courteous manner. She serves as an excellent example for all Lexus staff to immolate. I have previously owned BMW and Mercedes, Ms. Simone is one of my significant reasons for teaming with Lexus.
