Gaby was very helpful and got the job done expeditiously. In fact, she had mechanic look at my car within a couple of minutes of my bringing the it in. I never had to leave my car and couldn’t have been happier. She did a great job.

Terrible experience the first time, and then I had to make at least six phone calls in order to be refunded for a rental charge. I have purchased the package to insure I have a Lexus rental, and was given a car from the rental company with a light on indicating there was an issue with it. It took almost 2 months to be refunded.
